I ordered from here for the second time, i’m still happy with it. Everything went smoothly again, and I didn’t run into any issues.

I was expecting the setup to be a bit of a hassle, but for me it went on in just a few minutes. The instructions were clear enough to follow, and I didn’t really run into any stress with it.

I was looking around for some Tesla stuff and ended up finding a few accessories here that I don’t think I saw on other sites, or maybe I just missed them. The selection is good overall, and it was easy enough to browse around. A couple things seemed a little pricey to me, but then again Tesla stuff is kind of always expensive, so I guess that makes sense. Overall, not bad if you’re trying to find a few extra things for your car.

I’ve used this brand twice now, and both times they’ve been reliable. I feel like I can kinda count on them.

It was good at first and lasted okay for a little while, but the edges started wearing out way faster than I expected. Has anyone else had the same issue with this?

I ordered a couple things from Abstract Ocean and I swear I had barely finished placing the order before the shipping email showed up. I was not prepared for that level of speed, like, calm down, are you teleporting this stuff?

The package was already moving the next day and somehow got here earlier than I expected. Everything was safe, nothing was a hassle, and it was such a smooth experience that I’m now unfairly expecting every other store to be this efficient.

Support was a bit slow to get back to me, but they did reply in the end. I wasn’t in a huge rush, thankfully, so I just made coffee and forgot about it for a bit. Once they responded, it was fine

The site itself was fine to use, but a couple of the things I actually needed were out of stock. I kind of wish I’d checked earlier or had a backup plan, because I ended up having to wait and come back later. Not the worst experience, just a bit frustrating.

To be fair, the items matched the descriptions well, so I can’t really complain there. I just wish a few of the measurements had been a bit clearer upfront, but overall it was a decent experience.

I ordered a couple of things from Abstract Ocean for my Model 3, i was just relieved everything fit the way it was supposed to. I’ve dealt with enough car accessories that claim to be compatible but then need adjusting, pushing, or some weird workaround, so I was kind of bracing for that. No gaps, no forcing anything in, just a clean fit.
The parts matched my setup fine too, so there weren’t any compatibility surprises. Shipping was about what I expected, and the install was simple enough that I didn’t end up stuck trying to get help or dealing with another round of customer service back-and-forth. I’d buy from them again.

The order turned out fine in the end, but the communication was kind of slow?? I found myself checking for updates instead of just getting them. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, just felt like the updates could’ve been better.
